Another beautiful Phuket wedding and this day belonged to Kathryn and Stephen as they exchanged their wedding vows at Cape Panwa Hotel.
The gorgeous bride’s and her bridal party’s hair and make-up was done by Lisa Allen & her team as you can see below. The girls carried pretty rustic white bouquets of roses and carnations mixed with some other local flowers and lots of greenery. And some groom getting ready shots as Stephen was helped by his dad to get ready.
Cape Panwa Hotel has this amazing traditional Thai building right on the beach. It has been restored beautifully and is used usually as a restaurant but also for weddings. Very pretty soft blue and green colors with white wood is perfect for the beach setting. To get there you can stroll through the grounds of the resort or catch the cable car. It’s a short but unique ride and the only resort I know of with a cable car in Phuket. Kids love it and its also handy if you might have had too many Long Island iced teas at the bar one afternoon. And the luxury resort has five restaurants (Thai, Italian, French, seafood & Asian styles) and bars so you can choose from a different menu every day of your stay.
This was a Kiwi wedding so there was a lot of fun and celebrating from the beginning of the beautiful wedding ceremony right through to the end of the night. Funny and moving speeches, cake cutting, great food, a romantic first dance and our entertaining photo booth were some highlights of the Phuket wedding evening. Love their wedding cake and cake table styling too that seems to have a nod to New Zealand with some ferns as decoration.
