Today on the blog I’d like to share the wedding of Meagan & Chris who were married at Merlin Beach Resort in Phuket.
Meagan was stunning as she floated down the isle with her father. The lawn ceremony was conducted by celebrant Marek and was touching, funny and intimate. They exchanged their vows under the white pagoda with guests seated on the lawn overlooking the ocean. After congrats the bridal party went onto the beach for photos while guests were entertained by an elephant. Not before the elephant, or chang as you say in Thai, managed to get a cheeky kiss with the groom. I don’t imagine it’s very nice to receive a smooch from an elephant but everyone laughs and it makes a great photo.
Thank you to Jaran for taking stunning images throughout the day as always. You can see the party was kicking with DJ Tank and everyone was dancing. Seems Tank was dancing to his own music too. He knew he had to bring it because the couple had wanted a band initially but wasn’t able to book one that fitted their style. He did it of course and I think the photos prove it although you had to be there!
