Kelsey & Travis were living in Phuket at the time of their wedding so they really wanted to incorporate some of the Thai culture that they had grown to love so much.
Luckily for us Kelsey was managing this villa in Phuket that is so incredible especially because it has a private man-made beach perched on a cliff. It was a bit of a hike to get there as you can see in the photos but worth it for the views and feeling of being in the middle of nowhere on earth for a wedding ceremony. Really there are no truly private beaches in Phuket because they are all public so even remote ones can be accessed by anyone. But getting to this one uninvited would be almost mission impossible.
Traditional Thai dancers made one of their steepest and longest ever performances from the villa front door down to the beach. Everyone gathered and then the monks from a nearby temple arrived to perform the Buddhist wedding ceremony as the sun set. This was a wedding like no other ~ photography by Gina.
