This engagement photo shoot in Phuket with American couple Joanne and Jacob was one of my last ones before the Coronavirus sent the tourists back to their home countries.
I sort of felt like they might cancel but they turned up for the engagement photo shoot with stories of an amazing holiday that started in Vietnam to see their friends get married then took them to Thailand where they explored, enjoyed Thai food, culture and new experiences and finally the day before they left to Naiharn area to meet me. They had a great holiday.
John our favorite taxi driver brought them to Naiharn temple then we went to the lookout point and finally to Ya Nai Beach all in an hour. It’s quite far from my house but a great area for shooting since you can get to 3-4 amazing locations without driving very far at all.
One photo from the engagement shoot is an aerial shot of Ya Nui Beach. Such a beautiful local beach that isn’t too crowded usually but lots going on with swimming, snorkeling, paragliders in the sky, kayakers, a life guard on duty and a mix of luxury yachts and rustic long tails usually floating around in the water.
