I’ve planned, then for various reasons missed, so many trips to India that I wondered if I was really meant to visit the country. Finally made it to Vadodara, Gujarat for Zola and Zaffar’s gorgeous Indian wedding. And to photograph the Salox Ex show in Mumbai with Lisa. All in the same week.
It was the right time to go to India. And it was everything and more than I imagined.
I stopped by in Vadodara to see Ridhi and Rikin and we went on an amazing early morning cultural and heritage walking tour around the city. Funny they always said to come by and visit them but I’m sure they never expected me to actually turn up. We went to the kite festival in the afternoon and visited Gandhi’s house.
Loved every moment in India and so glad to be home to Phuket all at the same time. Here are some of my favorite images from the trip of a lifetime and hope to make another trip next year ~ photography by Gina.
